Gigi’s Baked Chicken Nuggets

4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 teaspoon salt
(Lawry's seasoned salt was her fave)
Freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 cup butter, melted

Cut the chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper and basil. Mix well.
Dip the chicken pieces into butter and coat each piece with some of the
bread crumb mixture. Bake the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet in a
single layer 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. or until done.
