Cranberry Salad

Bon Appetit - One Year Subscription 

6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
One 16-ounce can whole cranberry sauce
One 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Grease a 1 1/2-quart plain ring mold. Line with plastic wrap or aluminum
foil, overlapping edges by at least 1 inch. Beat the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and sugar until smooth. Gently blend in the cranberry sauce, mandarin oranges, and walnuts, using a wooden spoon. Fold in the
whipped cream. Pour into mold. Freeze at least 6 hours. Unmold onto
platter and serve.
