Kaye's Noodles Romanoff

(From a dear family friend, Kaye Lindauer. Thanks, Kaye!)

8 ounces egg noodles
1 1/2 cups large-curd cottage cheese
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain them well. Combine the noodles with cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, sour cream, onions and Tabasco. Place the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. (May be prepared a day in advance.) Kaye says she likes to double the recipe to take to covered-dish suppers, where it's always welcome!
