Gigi's Ham Primavera
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
7 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked, drained
2 cups cubed cooked ham
One 10-ounce package frozen green peas, thawed
Grated Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil until
tender. Stir
in flour, Italian seasoning, bouillon granules, salt and pepper until smooth.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring and cook,
stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in cooked and drained spaghetti, ham and
peas and cook until
mixture is just heated through. Sprinkle each serving
with grated Parmesan cheese. 4
servings.
