Okay. Apparently you people really, really want this recipe. I removed it from the site some months ago, thinking to myself, "Nobody needs this recipe! ANYbody
can make ANY kind of cake that starts out with a cake mix and includes a package of instant pudding.!" Our statistics reports tell me that very close to the top of our "error pages" list is "Quick Banana Pound Cake". What can I say? It is back...

Quick Banana Pound Cake

1 package yellow cake mix (our preference is Duncan Hines)
4 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup water
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas (4 medium)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix until blended, then beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Turn batter into greased Bundt pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.  Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely. If desired glaze or dust with sifted confectioner's sugar.
