Artichoke Dip
Two 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts, well drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onions, including green tops, finely diced
6 ounces bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
Paprika
Minced fresh parsley leaves
In a blender or food processor chop the artichoke hearts.
In a
12-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish, layer the artichokes, mayonnaise,
and Parmesan. Sprinkle
with minced garlic and top with green onions
and crumbled bacon. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a preheated 350-
degree F. oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Garnish with minced parsley.
Serve
with tortilla chips.
