Mammy's Rolled Dumplings

2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons butter
Milk to make a nice dough

Sift flour and baking powder, pinch of salt, cut in butter. Add milk - mix
with hands. Roll out and cut in squares. Drop into boiling liquid and cook,
covered, 20 minutes. Sorry! That's all she said...
One of my granddad's all-time favorite meals was "beef and noodles".
By that he meant these rolled dumplings dropped into the exquisite broth
produced by cooking beef stew meat with onions and celery. Yum!
