Lemon Chicken in Sour Cream
Bon Appétit Archives

2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned
3/4 to 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt, paprika, pepper and garlic in a large shallow dish. Add chicken and turn to coat completely. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread crumbs in shallow dish. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Roll chicken in breadcrumbs. Transfer to large baking dish; drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
