1/4 cup cracker meal
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of Old Bay seasoning
1 pound large lump crab meat,
coarsely shredded
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Combine cracker meal, mayonnaise, egg, onion and seasonings. Pour
over crab and toss gently. Heat butter in large skillet. Form crab into
4 to 6 patties and
roll in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown.
4 to 6 servings.
