Margaret's Old-Fashioned Dumplings Comfort food to the max! 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add chicken broth and oil,
stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out on a floured surface and form
into a ball. Roll dough to a 1/16-inch thickness. Cut into 5-by-1-inch strips. Drop into
boiling stock or broth. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until dumplings are tender. Serves 8. Index - Side Dish Recipe Archives
