Raita 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tomatoes, diced (optional) 1 medium cucumber, diced 1/2 onion, diced 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped 1 teaspoon cumin seed, toasted 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste In a medium bowl mix the yogurt and sour cream with a fork until smooth. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cilantro, cumin seed, garlic clove, salt, pepper and cayenne. Blend well. Chill.
