Angie's Italian Pork Chops 6 lean pork chops Marinate pork chops in a mixture of olive oil. lemon juice, and
garlic, for about 2 hours. Drain the chops and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the
chops with salt and pepper to taste. Dip the chops in the egg-water mixture and coat them
on both sides with a mixture of the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. |
